We are hiring a Sales Representative – DUMAREY Softronix
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in DUMAREY Softronix, based in Turin, Italy.
Our ideal candidate has a strong technical/economic background, solid experience in sales and a proactive attitude toward building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

JOB TITLE: Sales Representative
DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing
MAIN TASKS
Customer Management: attract, contract, manage customers for DUMAREY Softronix’s products (Products and Engineering Services).
- Attract new customers
- Study new projects and provide quotations
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for supplying engineering services and/or engine products
- Manage existing customers
- Meet targets established within DUMAREY’s Business Plan
- Prepare specific documents and presentations, including but not limited to customer-tailored decks
- Cooperate with Legal, Finance, Business Development in the preparation, negotiation and tracking of Quotation and Contracts
- Support the definition and execution of the Marketing Strategy
- Act as Key Account for specific strategic customers for all the DUMAREY Turin entities
Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers, proposing strategy
- Scout the market and identify strategic opportunities, establish priorities with leadership support and consensus
- Support the definition and execution of the Sales Dept. Mission, vision and strategy
- Cooperate with Engineering departments to establish customer projects and meet expectations
Report Status of the Activities vs. targets
- Execute, Monitor and report the Sales Status vs. Target to the Leadership
ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENTS
- Event and Exhibitions management/supervision
- Support New Business Development Initiatives
- Support General Marketing Initiatives
- Support sales of DUMAREY Products to Engineering Services’ Customers
COMPETENCES
PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
- Engineering or Economics master’s degree
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: >5 yrs. Experience in Automotive Electronics/SW Area
- Sales and Business Development
- Project Management
- Experience in a position requiring negotiations with internal and external parties
- Product Development
- Problem solving
